[UPDATE 20 MAY] Following yesterday's filings in the High Court, the panic at 33 Holborn and 1 London Bridge is palpable.

The below referenced Proxy Form problem has finally been resolved with the filing with the  FCA.

Has it, as was promised, been added to the URL link sent to shareholders who don't get hard copy accounts?  Don't be silly! Will they have to adjourn the AGM unless they do...absolutely guaranteed.

One week earlier than the extended deadline that they alone asked for, Octopus have filed the Witness Statement of their British Virgin Islands stooge and as predicted this blog figures extensively.

All I can say is that Anna Victoria Silver, ACA, has blatantly lied again and committed offences under The Perjury Act 1911 with intent to deliberately mislead the High Court.  

She and Howard Kennedy llp now face disciplinary action ahead of trial in October. Any halfwit would have checked Companies House records - oh but Octopus and most other VCT Directors and Investment Managers have never believed in Company Law Compliance where all this started.

As for the Irishman, Thomas William Leader - Chair of Titan and Head of Caledonia Private Capital, why has he now personally started lying to Octopus shareholders? Anything to do with him being an ex Coopers & Liarbrand Chartered Accountant? 

Tom and all his colleagues are clearly scared witless now that shareholders have started contacting me directly. The matter of me being their Proxy at the forthcoming AGM is under active discussion. Given historic turnout of less than 2%, I might even get more than 20% of the votes at the AGM!

In his recent letter to shareholders Tom Leader has lied when he says the the Proxy Form is available on the Titan website when it is not. 

Even worse Tom solicits shareholders to appoint only him as their Proxy if they wish their vote to count and if they file electronically without explaining they can appoint anyone they like. Even the FCA can't ignore that outrageous and improper suggestion.

To compound Tom's lie, Octopus Secretarial Services have publicly told the whole world in a RNS dated 8 May 2026 that the proxy Form has been lodged with the FCA (and publicly available as in prior years) when it has not. 

As for Howard Kennedy they are demanding that I supply the names of every shareholder who has contacted me, provide a copy of the covering letter Tom Leader sent to all shareholders (hasn't Tom given his lawyers a copy?) and still they refuse to provide a copy of the Proxy Form.

Following their failure to give any lawful reason why they can ask me to supply that infomation, I have simply referred Howard Kennedy and Octopus to the "reply given in Arkell -v- Pressdram", and will continue to do so. 

Just ask yourselves why they don't want anyone to have sight of the Proxy Form - which they are allowed to copy if they need to appoint multiple proxies - now there's a thought ...is the Albert Hall free to accommodate so many of us?

Tom Leader tells us that he is shortly going to be sending out a survey by email having already told shareholders he did that 2 years ago but then refused to make the results and subsequent considerations available at the October 2025 General Meeting (read the transcript - oh sorry I can't let you have that before trial under vile threats from Tom and Howard Kennedy!).

Anyone tried the eproxy link and see if all data fields are prepopulated with Tom's name as his letter implies?

AND The 2026 forms for the Octopus Future Generations VCT AGM in 3 weeks time have been filed and are available from the FCA.- why not the Titan one? Hmmm  What is Tom Leader frightened of?
